I just got back from an anniversary getaway, and I must say, the hotel experience was mostly delightful! The lobby welcomed us with a fresh floral scent, and the staff, including Stephen and Charles at the concierge, were simply wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. However, the robotic voice in the elevator became a little annoying, and we did face a small issue with extra incidental charges. Overall, a fantastic place that's perfect for a special occasion!
I had an amazing stay at Hotel Contessa! The location right on the Riverwalk is perfect, providing stunning views and easy access to everything I wanted to explore. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely appointed, and I felt truly pampered by the staff. However, I had a minor hiccup with my gluten-free request at the restaurant which led to some discomfort. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting San Antonio, offering great value for money.
